Francesco Bianco

Holding a Bs Degree in Earth Sciences and PhD i Earth Sciencs plus a PhD in Civil Engineering. At the present time I work as Senior Geologist for the purposes of Design in Railway infrastructures, and as Material Engineer during works supervision stages. The company for which I work for is currently consulting for modernization program of the national Railway lines in Ghana.

I work as a Consultant since 8 years during which I have faced several natural and man induced risks related to infrastructures realization.

I love coastal assessment and Resilience based risk assessments for which I have a tracked peer reviewed record, and for which I still work as Reviewer ( mainly MDPI journals).

I currently work as Senior Geologist and Material Engineer for an Italian company that design and supervise Railway works.

Before I've been working as Supervisor for soil investigations even in Saudi Arabia and Bahrein.

Apart from the professional career if mine I've been an early reserve at the University of Siena (Italy), and got my PhD in Earth Sciences at the University of Florence (Italy) and in Civil, Mining and Environmental Engineering at the Polytechnic University of Cartagena (Spain).
