• Labour law compliance, maintenance and updating.
• Making, maintenance and updating a list of main labour contract used by the Italian group companies to be compliant with Italian law and to manage a same contract structure in all group.
• Organization and show labour law information and news, to collect together the main events happened.
• Give support to HR Business Partner and local HR, to guarantee efficiency and to solve problem quickly.
• Making, control and verify, individual and collective agreements.
• Making, control and verify, policy and labour law regulations.
• Keeping in touch with external legal consultant (labour, tax, social security) public bodies and other institutions (e.g., Italian Social Security Institution, Unions.)
• Give support in case of out-of-court litigations, terminations, disciplinary procedure.
• Give support and manage labour relations with unions, also to define collective agreements.
• Give support in terms of corporate welfare, diversity, compulsory employment, GDPR.

I can manage the entire process of payroll administration.
I am also qualified to execute the role of Labour Consultant in Italy, because the law requests the public license that I have got. In Coesia I have been used the payroll software ADP. In the previous job experience I used Zucchetti software.

Since 2021 I am also team supervisor of six colleagues of the travel expenses department.
The team menage travel expenses and administration for 8 Coesia companies with an average of 4000 employee transfer per year. In the specific I am supervisor of process, compliance, updating and digitalization. I manage conflicts and try to keep collaboration and efficiency of the entire process flow.

Il corso di laurea magistrale è incentrato sulle relazioni industriali ed ha un taglio trasversale molto utile per chi opera in ambito HR perche offre non solo conoscenze giuslavoristiche ma anche economiche, organizzative, di management e di comportamento organizzativo.
