and renovations, space planning, improvements of offices and research new office spaces.

Monitor and management legal and insurance contracts / files and coordinate all tasks/ claims of

tenants and vendors;

Check delivery note with order or estimates, drawing up docs for restitution of incorrect office fittings,

check invoices and authorization to payments;

Interaction with commercial properties of offices and management contracts vendor agreements and

other building/facility contracts.
