Key roles and responsibilities:

-Coordinate a team of managers for a Community of over 2000 tutors.

-Manage a diverse portfolio of tutors with varying backgrounds and abilities.

-Collaborate with Customer Success and Customer Care teams.

-Project Management.

-Provide technical assistance to tutors managing tickets on MessageBird.

-Conduct onboarding, training, and supervision for new tutors.

-Deliver trainings and workshops for the Community.

-Translate/review written contents from English to Italian to ensure communication flows within the team.

-Data analysis/ data processing.

-Develop projects and initiatives to help team reach business goals.

-Maintain high active rates, engagement, and satisfaction among tutors.

-Monitor WebApp performance and make suggestions for improvement to the Product Team.

-Troubleshoot bug issues and communicate with the IT Team for resolution.

-Use of CRM systems, such as HubSpot.

-Work daily with softwares such as Excel, Word, Trello, Miro, Zoom, GSuite, Slack, JustCall
