Lockdown gave me an opportunity.



During the difficult time in 2020 I started rethinking my career choices.

I have been a musician almost my whole life and I was yearning to learn something new and completely different from what I was doing previously, thanking to my character and mindset of a lifelong learner.

Since I was always very interested in math, informatics and coding I decided this was the right time to use these interests and give coding a chance.

And magic happened.

I started an online course for Data Analyst and since then I can’t get enough.

After almost two years I am proficient in languages as Python and SQL and I have started learning and using R as well. I finished online courses on Udemy and Data Quest.

I have to thank my persistency, hard work and determination for being my companions for years.

I love working in team, sharing ideas, meeting new people and facing new challenges.

In my free time I am a history and economics nerd who loves cooking dinners for my friends and family, especially thanks to my italian heritage.

Currently I am attending a Master in Data Science and Big Data Analytics at University of Palermo and looking for an intership as a Junior Data Analyst/Scientist/Engineer.
