My last job has been fundamental in developing skills of mediator as key person between clients and the Operation Team. It has also been very useful to learn working as a Team as it is very important for all the actors working on the Project to feel free and confident to express themselves and to feel that they have contributed to the success obtained.
Passionate to all the creative aspects of our job that I have experimented during the last years as a PM for Pfizer and that I personally enjoy most in our function.
Working in the Meetings and Events industry has also taught me to give my best under pressure and learn how to navigate these situations. 

2021 to date:
EMEA Satellite Hub Event Specialist for Takeda - CWT Meetings & Events Italy
Main contact for assigned Countries from meeting request to reconciliation of internal congresses.
Sourcing, planning, organization, and operation of several delegations to key international congresses. Focus on negotiating with national and international suppliers, proposal preparation, full control of the event, onsite logistics, and budgets. Event management in client and CWT internal tools.
Also focus on business development and results, customer satisfaction, and client profitability.
Program Manager & Project Manager for Pfizer - CWT Meetings & Events Italy
Main contact for Pfizer Business Units referent from event request to reconciliation for medium and large events and national/international congresses. Key responsibilities: receive and understand client event briefing, sourcing strategy, preparation of proposal and quotation to client and negotiation until confirmation, support to operations during event execution, onsite management, and review and control of final reconciliation. Event management in client and CWT internal tools.
Also focus business development and results, customer satisfaction, client profitability and data analysis, and tools/functionalities review and improvement.

2008 to 2010:

Event Specialist for Pfizer - CWT Meetings & Events Italy
Organization and operation of large events, national and international. Sourcing and negotiating with national and international suppliers, full control of the event from start to end, onsite logistics, management of budgets in spreadsheets and tools.

2005-2007:
Event specialist at Scientific Secretariat of the Italian Association of Hospital Cardiologists (ANMCO).
Responsible for the organization of national congresses and CME accreditation. Management of different type of events with the Italian Ministry of Health of Cardiological Formative Events.

2002-2005:

Responsible for administrative and operational activities in HR office.
