Hanano Ando

I am currently majoring in Fashion Art Direction at Polimoda. I will receive my diploma in June 2023. Throughout 4 years at Polimoda, I have gained a lot of knowledge on art and fashion including graphic design, digital design, fashion photography, and the business part of the industry.
Not only learned technical and academic knowledge but also have experience working in international teams and how to organize projects in a group and solve problems together.
I am a self-motivated person and eager to learn new things. Always keeping in mind to think positively and well communicate with people around me!

Having spent more than two years at Little Lights, Tokyo-based creative production as an assistant fashion editor, I have experienced organizing and assisting in photo shootings for fashion brands, magazines, and so on. Researching and calling to confirm the locations, models, and props was my role. I have designed website for a fashion brand’s editorial as well.
I received recognition for always being on top of research and making my best even for details.

Furthermore, my experience in the Brand Marketing team at Tiffany & Co. helped me to understand both internal and external communication are of significant importance for business growth and performance. I was in charge of the Monthly internal report of the Brand Marketing department which directly reflected the data and information I got through communicating with other departments, the store managers, and also external companies involved in installing OOH, digital advertisements, and campaigns. Organized and informative reports got positive feedback and led to improving the system inside the company to be more smooth and clear.
