Hrag-Anthony Ghazarian

Dear Hiring Manager, 

My name is Hrag-Anthony Ghazarian and I am a graduate of Notre Dame University Louaize. I attained my bachelor’s degree in Banking and Finance; in May 2020 and was congratulated for being on the dean’s list for the semester. In addition to that I’m currently undertaking my Masters Degree in Entrepreneurship and Innovation at Rome Business School where I’m also currently residing.

I started my passion for work in 2015. I worked as a wholesaler in a jewelry manufacturing company and continued to invest on myself through intense researches to widen up my scope in the field. While I was working towards my degree, I worked in different jewelry companies in parallel. Nonetheless, being a fresh graduate now, I am highly interested in entering the field of finance, exploring the opportunities it has to offer, and through my hard work and persistence, reaching higher administrative positions throughout the years. 

In February 2019, I worked at Bank of Beirut and Arab Countries (BBAC) located on Dora highway as an intern. During this internship, I employed my educational knowledge into practice. The internship period was so helpful and taught me the basics of communicating with people, building self-confidence, in addition to the fundamentals of the field.

 Apart from the internship at BBAC, I have also engaged in civil acts. I took part in helping people who got effected by the Beirut blast with the cooperation of Kafe be Kafak which is an independent organization active in humanitarian work over Lebanon.

I have attended university lectures during which professors, financial analysts, economists and other experts have enlightened us with their expertise. In addition, I have attended an entire course titled Bloomberg. Throughout we used the Thompson Reuters Financial software to operate. 

Other than university seminars and courses, I have always been present during seminars related to the exchange market, such as Forex Space seminar in 2018. This seminar in particular, introduced me to the world of forex and stock market trading platforms. Attending the Royal Financials in Beirut was one of the most helpful and fruitful seminars. I learned about the charts on specific time frames and made projections of the short term and long-term future. All these studies and practices that were applied using the Meta Trader 4 (MT4) platform, were deeply monitored and mentored by the professional team of forex trading at Royal Financials.

During my educational, and work experiences, I have used excel extensively, in addition to Microsoft Word Office, PowerPoint and other software. I am extremely motivated, goal-oriented and team-working individual. I speak English, Arabic and Armenian fluently, and I have basic knowledge in French. 

In last, I believe my educational background coupled with my practical work experiences are crucial for the job offer.

I've worked in various fields such as retail and finance within different companies. I was capable of satisfying all clients needs as well as following up on orders. While on the other hand, i was capable of budgeting on gold and EUR/USD purchases since i work in luxury jewelry industry. Analyzing gold and FX charts on tradingview.com helped the company accomplish the highest profit margin since our purchases are all held on gold, diamond and euro currencies. Lastly, i was also responsible on handling transactions within the company, such as closing balances with clients, suppliers, as well as employee salaries and petty cash. 

My most relevant training is analyzing charts during a seminar held by Forex Space.
