Ilaria Formisano

Law Graduate from Roma Tre University (110/110 cum laude) with a strong foundation in EU law, international taxation, and corporate responsibility. My thesis focused on the CS3D directive and due diligence obligations for sustainability and human rights compliance.

I gained international academic experience through an Erasmus+ semester at ESADE Law School, where I participated in a Tax Moot Court, and through the EU Justice Insight project, engaging in Court of Justice of the European Union simulations in Sofia and Luxembourg.

Additionally, I explored the intersection of environmental law and human rights during the Summer School on Sustainability and Human Rights in Portugal, organized by ELSA.

My professional experiences include roles at Roma Tre University, where I supported library management and administrative tasks, and at the World Food Programme as a Conference Staff Messenger, developing organizational skills and the ability to excel in dynamic environments.
