-K-Electric Bin Qasim Thermal Power Station-1(1260MW) Karachi.(Pakistan)

• New design, test, and debugging and of analog Circuits and Control and power panels.
• hardware simulation and development;
• Designing PCB and all other schematics.
• Control Panel Drawing designs.
• Calibration of Flame Scanners/ Ultrasonic Flow Meters.
• Installation of 24 UV flame Scanners on each boiler.
• Installation of FAIL SAFE RELAYS for Burners Flame Scanner.
• Completion of Termination of 400 I/Os.
• Electrical Control Panel designing and commissioning.
• Cylindrical Control valves and actuators maintenance and replace all interconnect tubing Copper to Stainless Steel.
• Daily Report writing.
• Leading all team members.

1. Solar System Engineer:  (PAK-Oasis Industries Pvt Ltd).

(Nov-2015 to Dec-2016)

Responsibilities:

• Water treatment plants “Reverse Osmosis (R.O) and Ultra Filtration (UF) plants” (150 Sites in Various Urban and Rural Areas of Sindh) commissioning, maintenance, Operational and troubleshooting faults.
• Team leading and management and teamwork.
• Supervise all plants operating on Solar Systems/Utility Power (WAPDA).
• 40-Solar panels (12KW) with structure Installation and complete fitting.
• Solar Panel installation, cabling (Series/Parallel).
• Solar/Electric Control Panel HT/LT troubleshooting and Installation.
• 18.5KW/ 7.5KW/5.5KW Frequency drives (VFDs) and 3-phase motors installation and fault troubleshooting.
• 100KVA Generators PLC Installation and Fault Tracing.
• 3- Phase motors setting STAR/DELTA connection From Control Panel.
