Laura Piatti

Young architecture student with strong motivation to learn and grow professionally as an architect and art curator. During my last work experience I perfected the use of the main working tools and techniques, including research, archival and bibliographical research on architectural history, demonstrating proactivity and interpersonal resilience, as well as team spirit and a willingness to delve deeper into the subject and a willingness to explore topics in increasing detail. I am grateful for the numerous experiences I have had the opportunity to undertake at university and in the workplace, which have led me to develop a keen interest in archive research and historical research through images and documents. My academic focus is on bibliography, archival work and critical analysis of architectural works, as well as writing articles and texts. As I have studied and continue to study in English, the majority of my research is conducted in this language. However, I am equally at ease in Italian when writing and conducting research.

My first professional experience was with a local architectural studio, where I gained experience in graphic web design.

I also participated in exhibition design workshops in Naples, organised by Edit Napoli 2023.

My most relevant experience is in Venice, where I collaborate with the online art platform Itsliquid as an art curator and project coordinator. My responsibilities include developing contacts with artists, managing the organisational aspects of developing an art fair, and conducting research in the artistic field.
