Sono una persona dinamica, motivata ed entusiasta di conoscere, imparare e crescere in ambito professionale, ma anche personale.  Ho i miei tempi, ma ho un atteggiamento positivo e molto determinato e orientato al raggiungimento degli obbiettivi.

Ho generalmente una buona propensione ai rapporti interpersonali che ho acquisito, nel tempo, lavorando per 6 anni e mezzo nella sanità pubblica sul territorio  britannico (NHS).

Sono, quindi, molto paziente e disponibile ad ascoltare attivamente e venire incontro alle esigenze dei clienti.

Negli anni ho imparato, grazie alla mia esperienza lavorativa precedente, ad adottare il più possibile un approccio sistematico, pacato, e aperto alle soluzioni verso le situazioni piú critiche.  Mi piace mantenere un approccio professionale, positivo e diplomatico anche con le persone o i clienti più difficili perché ritengo che, in questo modo, si riesca ad instaurare un dialogo, e, quindi, a navigare le problematiche e le tensioni in maniera più lucida, obbiettiva e costruttiva, trovando un compromesso o un punto di incontro tra le due parti.

Mi piace rendermi utile ed essere collaborativa verso gli altri nelle situazioni che lo richiedono, perciò, sono  idealmente alla ricerca di un ambiente stimolante in cui domini un forte spirito di collaborazione sia tra colleghi (in quanto membri di un team) che verso i clienti.

Triage urgent EEG referrals in the absence of the Line Manager and medical staff.
Contact staff from medical wards (e.g. Children's Ward, A&E, ITU, etc) or other medical specialities within Health Board/ Trust to discuss, ascertain or determine essential clinical information over a patient referred for a specific medical investigation (e.g. reason for investigation, anamnesis, semiology, patient status, other medical history and current meds if applicable); liaise with medical staff to book the patient for the required investigation according to staff & patient availability.
