I have accrued twenty-seven years of experience in all aspects of customer service and all travel and tourism fields.
I worked in six different countries and migrated to Australia in 2000 from Europe.
I am a native Italian and English speaker.
I have full knowledge of GDS systems Amadeus, Sabre, and Galileo, Axres and can adapt quickly to the latest travel technology apps and systems applicable in the ever-evolving tourism and travel field.
I am adaptable, resilient, and love challenges.
I created my shuttle company in 2016 to supply the gap in demand for niche transport from main Queensland airports to the Clarence Valley where I sat on the tourism board for 3 months as a volunteer.
I have completed a post-graduate certificate in marketing and branding in 2019 at Griffith University.
I am passionate about small to medium size businesses as I believe they are pivotal in strengthening the economy and equity of a nation.
I love telling and listening to stories about the birth of a brand, my grandfather Luigi Palmieri created a food factory in Italy after post second world war and he made his success by working hard and having family cohesion.
I am also self-disciplined, and versatile and can work within a team or independently.
