Excellent Microsoft systems technology knowledge through several years of experience, MCSA-MCSE and VMWARE VCP certified qualifications. I have gained a very deep experience in problem solving and a very flexible attitude to work in very stressful or critical scenarios.
My main strengths In IT are Active Directory, Windows Server configuration and maintenance, Exchange Administration, VMware virtualization, Office365. I am also managing a group of IT colleagues that give support as first and second level.
 

I have been working for more then 20 years in the IT field with many experiences , from IT support, Consultant, System Administrator, Team Leader. I have high focus on customer expectations and care. I have a good understanding of IT scenarios.

My experience more relevant was to work for Microsoft where I had the chance to work of many different technologies and  gain very good experience on the field
