As a shareholder in Small Giants SRL, a startup in the innovative food market, I have supported pioneering efforts in sustainability, showcasing my commitment to embracing transformative ideas. My passion for innovation and continuous improvement drives me to seek new challenges and contribute to organizational success.

At Millionaire SRL, I serve as a Content Consultant and Contributor, creating engaging content for the Gen Z demographic. This role has sharpened my ability to understand market trends and craft messages that resonate with target audiences.

In my professional experience as Home Financing Junior Operations Lead at Casavo Management SPA, I was responsible for managing complex operations, improving workflow efficiency, and enhancing customer satisfaction. I successfully led projects that streamlined procurement processes and optimized supply chain operations. This role required meticulous attention to detail, effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Additionally, as the Founder of Luz Personalizzazioni, I oversaw production, sales, and marketing strategies for customized gadgets, developing a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to business challenges.

My academic background in Global Management, combined with international experience through the Erasmus+ Mobility Program at Universität Heidelberg and the University of Macedonia, has provided me with a strong foundation in business administration and an understanding of diverse cultural perspectives.
