I achieved a master’s degree in Economics and more than twenty years of international career leading HR functions of many global, international companies as General Electric, Schering Plough, Coface SA.
In my long career in HR I have covered the following roles: Head of HR for 6 coutries in Africa (Morocco, South Africa and west central Africa), Senior Regional Compensation & Benefit Manager, HR Business Partner, HR administration manager and Global Payroll Manager. Consolidated vision and competence in all HR areas, member of international leadership committees, designed HR policies and processes for organizations characterized by organizational and multicultural complexity. I gained long experience with a focus on outsourcing, reorganization, restructuring, international projects, people oriented, digitalizing HR services, industrial relation, change management and organizational effectiveness built at country and global level. Worked in matrix and complex environments as a strategic HR partner, close to business strategy with a broad HR knowledge, driving the organizations throughout cultural changes by innovating.
