My name is Matias Vidiri, born and raised in Argentina but my family has Italian origins so that's why I am actually living in Siena, Tuscany since 2022 as a European Citizen. I am searching for new job opportunities at Rotterdam, so I do not have any problem moving. I am a Communication Media Specialist and also a Journalist oriented towards sports. First I did the bachelor in Sports Journalism and after a Master's degree in Communication and Digital Content. My first work experience was at ESPN, a sports channel. I started with an internship in the position of Tape Library Assistant. Then I was offered to stay with the company and work in the operations sector as a permanent employee. The position was Television Network Operator, where I learned all about working for a TV media. After a few years I had the opportunity to work directly for the production of a TV show called SportsCenter (very well known sports news). In short, it was an experience that started with a simple internship and lasted more than 6 years. Working there, I learned to be perseverant and to pay close attention to details. I developed great organizational skills that allowed me to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively. As a child I always wanted to make my career in Europe. Which is why in 2022 I moved to Italy. Instantly I started working at a five star hotel called La Fontanelle Estate located in a Tuscany hot spot. As a receptionist, I greet guests upon arrival and assist them throughout their stay at the hotel. I manage the check-in and check-out, the new bookings, cancellations and complaints always with a positive attitude. And the most important thing is that I am in constant communication with clients and customers to solve their problems with quick solutions. Additionally, I had the opportunity to be part of the Public Relations team, where we are responsible for providing a positive and consistent corporate image. I believe my hotel experience has given me the ability to communicate clearly and concisely in different languages. I learned the importance of communication, saying what is right and necessary. And, above all, I learned to treat the customer perfectly. To achieve this, I always think: "I treat the customer the way I want to be treated".
