Since I was a little kid I have always been into technology, in fact, my passion for it started in middle school, where I used to fix and install software on the school computers. This pushed me to graduate high school with a computer science degree and then I decided to spend seven years in the IT field, where I was responsible for the technical side of things like servers, security systems, and technical support.

At present, I am the Head of Customer Service and supervised a team of five people in the post-sales and technical support department. I am in charge of customer emergency management, preventive and corrective maintenance scheduling, spare parts sales coordination, and system and machinery revamping. My job is to coordinate with customers and other departments tightly so as to ensure high levels of service and customer satisfaction.

The combination of my IT background, the hands-on technical operations, and the leadership roles has given me the ability to manage problems with both strategic and direct-action solutions. Basically, I am a person who always wants to improve and who implements smart and efficient workflows that not only let the teams blossom but also the customers.

During my leisure time, I enjoy cycling and running which are both very good ways for me to relax and recharge my batteries.

Istruzione

In the period from 2013 to 2018, I undertook a five-year comprehensive program in Computer Science and Telecommunications. II graduate high school following Computer Science and Telecommunications program which basically qualified me with the necessary knowledge in IT both from the hardware and software side and also telecommunication systems.

On top of that, I am also equipped with a certificate in the English language indicating that my proficiency level is at B2. It means that I am capable of expressing myself clearly especially in professional and technical contexts.
