Matteo Xhezaj

I’m a master’s student in management with a growing interest in human resources, organizational behavior, and people development. I’m particularly drawn to how organizations can foster meaningful work environments and align individual motivations with strategic goals. Curious, collaborative, and purpose-driven, I’m eager to contribute to people-centered projects that create lasting value.

For about 2 years in the summer season I have been providing assistance to my family in the management of a tourist residence. In this occupation I carry out activities such as managing check-ins, welcoming customers to the facility and more. Starting from this year I will also take care of the social media part of the structure.

I chose to undertake the MASFI course in the University of Padua because I am strongly interested in issues related to sustainability and the possibility of pursuing social and environmental goals. A key factor in my choice is also the possibility of obtaining a degree in English, which I believe will help me to perform my future job in the best possible way. In the second year there are specialized courses in the field of human resources, the work field that interests me the most.
