began my career promoting Women Empowerment and Early Childhood Development in innovative projects in Bangladesh, where I acquired significant hands-on experience and content-level expertise. I am well acquainted to the waits of working of major INGOs, United Nations and governmental agencies, and I operate well in coalitions of various actors to achieve a common goal.

- provided training on women empowerment to the volunteers of EKATA (Empowerment Knowledge And Transformative Action) and ECCD (Early Childhood Care and Development) Facilitators,  Local Elected Body, ECCD Management Committee, Parenting group, Community Based Organizations (CBOs);
- facilitated training to support staff (Field Supervisors) to engage adolescents girls and boys with women empowerment activities through social mobilization (discussion sessions, courtyard session, Day observance);
- conducted meeting, workshop/seminar for ECCD facilitators, EKATA volunteers and CBOs on capacity building activities set by the project;

- attended quarterly coordination meeting between stakeholders and picked up future essential activities and included in next action plan of program; 
-managed staff by providing work plan and making them understand their roles and doing also effective day by day follow-up;
-had a regular field visit on staff responsibilities, selection of perfect beneficiaries for hardware support like tube well, sanitary latrine, and visited meeting and session with community done by staff;  
- supervised the field support staffs, conducted staff monthly and quarterly meeting to see the progress, gaps of targets, their weakness, field challenges, and suggested them for potential upcoming work plan to reach the program goal smoothly;
- conducted orientation and training for local leaders; 
- wrote monthly, quarterly and annual reports on the progress of the project implementation;
- monitored community mobilization and awareness campaign results by applying suitable tools;
- supported logistics plan in favor of project implementation,
- maintained transparency by ensuring records and documents like beneficiary list, bill files, attendance and salary sheet work plan and movement book etc. and all other necessary files according to project procedures.

- Conducted court yard session to the pregnant & lactating mothers on hygiene promotion, safe motherhood and the consumption of nutritional food;
- selected new beneficiaries (pregnant women and lactating mothers) and enrolled them in the beneficiary list;
- distributed nutritional food to the beneficiaries and maintain and avoiding duplications;
- monitored the hygiene practice level of targeted children and mothers.
