Nicole Castro Salinas

I am an architect with 3 years of experience in design and project management. I have experience in problem-solving both on-site and in the office. I like exploring new cultures, which has enriched my professional perspective, allowing me to become familiar with diverse architectural approaches.

Since I graduated from university , I began my career as a Junior Architect at Gabrim, working on architectural design, technical development, and site supervision, including the Firestop Seal project for the Quito Metro. I then joined the Ministry of Economic and Social Inclusion as an Infrastructure Analyst, where I oversaw an $800,000 construction project and managed intergenerational care centers.

Later, I worked as a freelance architect, designing residential complexes and producing 3D models, renderings, and virtual tours. Currently, I am doing working at Lamonarca Design, where I contribute to international projects and develop architectural concepts for showrooms and residential spaces.

I hold a degree in Architecture from Universidad San Francisco de Quito in Ecuador. Driven by a strong interest in BIM, I pursued a specialization in BIM Management. Afterwards, I moved to Milan to further my education in Industrial Design for Architecture, and I completed the program in February.
