My approach to management is simple: I strive to be the kind of leader I'd want to work for. Apart from that I am fiercely competitive to reach my goal, eager to learn and experience from the best, wanting to create and deliver new ideas and fully filled with curiosity. Might I add that I have great problem - solving skills but also I know when to ask for help, I am self-motivated, I am comfortable with changing environments, confident enough to bring in new ideas, creative and passionate, a strategic thinker and love to work in a team as well as independently. 

I am a 24 year old fashion designer as well as a digital communication strategist, as a designer, I have worked with a plus size designer house where I created collections, worked with visual appealing of the store, took part as a stylist for the photoshoots, Looking after the customers and maintaining strong personal relationships then alongside of my academic year I  freelanced my later hours with styling projects and later on I pursued a master’s in luxury brand management. This paved the way for numerous job openings and internships and gave me an opportunity to be an intern trainee for a perfume brand and later as a  freelance communication strategist. and later on also as the backstage assistant for emerging talents Milan 2021 where i had styling, management and organization experience with designers.
