I am an experienced commercial executive with more than 30 years managing $multi-million
business country setup, territory development, and securing and coordinating long-term client
contracts.
Multilingual (Italian, English and Arabic), I have developed and controlled commercial
portfolios in Asia, Egypt, France, Greece, Holland & across Scandinavia.
Working externally with client decision-makers, and all internal business functions, all to Clevel,
I have both employed and freelance consultancy expertise developed primarily in
global-reach corporations delivering engineering, quality and support services, and valves.
Most recently a self-employed adviser to renowned non-disclosure companies, I operated
previously, from 2004 to 2017, with OMB Valves S.p.A. (Cenate Sotto-BG)
(ombvalves.com). Prior to this, from 1989 I worked as, variously, Regional / Area
Sales / Commercial Manager, and Internal Sales & Purchase Coordinator.
My skillset is broad-ranging and encompasses, amongst others, understanding of contract
and licensing legalities; tenders and RFPs; SRM & CRM; selection and management of 3rd
party vendors.
I have a significant track-record of achievements which I would like to discuss in person.
Headlines include: whilst Representative Office Managing Director with OMB, I grew annual
revenue to €6m by developing the Asian market; and during 2004 – 2006 as Commercial
Director / Divisional Project Manager, Ball Valves Division, I significantly enhanced the
company’s global profile by guiding end-to-end product range expansion, controlling concept
and design through feasibility and R&D, to end product.
I have a strong background in networking, liaising and securing business by developing longterm,
sustainable relationships with clients. I analyse their current market share and
penetration, and competitor activity, to secure for them optimum, value-for-money services.
My ability in tactical CRM, along with a comprehensive understanding of all operational,
financial, and marketing / segmentation requirements of a successful large-scale multi-market
