As Scrum Master, working as Servant Leader for a team providing Front-end and APIs capabilities for Ireland Home Digital Experience .
Recently, the scope and size of the team increased, to support the development of APIs capabilitys for bancassurance joint-venture in Portugal and Spain.
I'm constantly acting as QA lead, troubleshooting defects, I'm an active member of our SM Community of Practice and support our Program and Leadership, being also involved in a multiple SAFe planning meetings.
