Hello, I am Rita, I am 22 from Italy and I am currently doing an internship in an international Montessori kindergarten in Barcelona which I'm gonna finish in two weeks.  
I have a degree in Early Childhood Education and I graduated from Art High School. I am a sunny, creative, responsable and I do strongly believe in education and the importance of a constant positive environment for the best development of children! 
I speak italian and english fluently and I'm improving my spanish which is basic.

Educator with AIAS MILANO ONLUS Organization of services and support
for the disabled in Milan.
I worked as a teacher at the "Pisacane e Poerio Elementary School" in Via
Pisacane 9 Milano supporting disabled students. I collaborated drafting
and updating the Individualized Education Project and support the kids in
their difficulties by proposing educational strategies.

“Theather and disability” with Associazione Aquiloni, Redona.
I organised twice a week in Redona a "theater workshop” for disabled people. Here I
had the opportunity not only to support people with disabilities, but also
to interpret roles and stories with the help of the guidance of a professional director.

Au Pair in the Netherlands.
I worked and lived for 12 months with a dutch family in a town close to
Amsterdam (Monnickendam) as an aupair, taking care of a kid with motor
disabilities. 2020-2021

Babysitting, Bergamo.
I have had several experiences (with references) as a babysitter for children
from 3 years old to 12 years old.

Young apprenticeship Art exhibition
During highschool I have organized a graphic exhibition in memory of Fabrizio De
André, one of the most important, influential and innovative Italian
songwriters, organized at the Sant'Anna prison, Città alta (BG) January
2019.

Mandarina Duck Brand Project, Bergamo.
Winner of the “Bergamo in flowers”, an artistic competition for the design
of the window display of “Mandarina Duck Brand” shop in Via Papa
Giovanni XXIII.
