Currently, I serve as Director and Global Head of Services Engineering for Risk, where I lead strategic initiatives focused on standardization, innovation, and AI adoption across consulting organizations. My role sits at the intersection of risk expertise, analytics, technology enablement, and people leadership, with a strong emphasis on translating complex risk frameworks into scalable, value‑driven services.

Throughout my career, I have consistently combined deep domain expertise in risk (including IFRS9, IFRS17, credit risk, and regulatory frameworks) with a strong execution mindset. I have led multi‑country programs across EMEA and wider, managed cross‑cultural teams, and strengthened consulting portfolios by launching new offerings, delivery accelerators, and governance models—resulting in sustained margin improvement and revenue growth.

In recent years, my focus has expanded toward AI and cybersecurity, which I consider the natural next evolution of enterprise risk management. I am currently leading programs aimed at fostering AI adoption within consulting teams, while approaching cybersecurity management as the next level of organizational resilience—integrating governance, analytics, and technology to address emerging and systemic risks.
