I’m Roberta Longoni, 41 years old and I worked in Retail enviroment for 19 years.
As for my career I feel very lucky because during these years, working for big and international companies, like Geox-PVH-Boggi-Rinascente, without jumping any steps, I have had the opportunity to learn very well all
the actvities and to develop many Skills, growing the plus and filling my gaps in multisectors like Beauty, Home Categories, Shoes, Apparel and accessories Men-Woman & Kids, from casual to formal.
My background is really strong beacuse I had the chance to work as HQ VM Mng for 11 years , 6 years as Country VM Manager in PVH, for Tommy Hilfiger Brand and 2 years as Teacher and Free Lance with the focus on Visual and Event’s organization.

-Working closely with the Chief Merchandiser, Retail and Marketing to define the in store and windows guide lines; -Check the right application of VM standards in the stores and train VM area and VM in store;
-Coordination with Projects team on store lay out & other store requirements (tools, mannequins, fixtures..);

-Define seasonal windows, in store calendar, guide line and props for retail stores;
-Verify the capacity stores in order to drive the buying process. -Analyse the category product performance in order to
re-map store’s layout;

-Frequent visit to Retail stores and Franchising stores to monitor Visual Merchandising standards;
-Coordination with VM team, Operations & Projects team
on VM Manuals implementation, store lay out & other
store requirements;
-Train and develop visual team, store managers and store
level associates on TH visual standards;
-Partner with marketing on in-store marketing events and with WHLS on the set up in K-doors.
