Esperienza
I developed a strong interest in Plant molecular analysis, during my thesis work on finding out the pathogen responsible for decline disease. ‘A chrysanthemum decline disease associated with phytoplasma presence in Italy’ is the first identification of phytoplasma group 16SrV present in field grown chrysanthemums which was published on a book Phytopathogenic mollicutes in June 2021. Monitoring crops, feeding fertilization, keen observation on plants and its growth and development. I have both strong ethical knowledge of greenhouse as well as laboratory. I worked on plant nutrition, determination of only Nitrogen with the Kjeldahl method, mineralization for other nutrients, experiments to check CO2 concentration present in soil microbiota, soil extraction from the vineyards, extraction of Total and Extractable polyphenols from the red grape berries, preparation of Boric acid solutions, fertigation application to the experimentation plots like conventional and non-conventional fields. Hands experience on usage of spectrophotometer, electronic grain crushing machine, advanced microwave labstation for mineralization, multi-gas analyser.
