With over 20 years of experience in Learning and Development, Sales Enablement, and Business Development, I excel at creating and managing end-to-end sales enablement programs, tools, and assets to support strategic sales initiatives. Leveraging my deep expertise in direct and indirect sales dynamics, I have successfully partnered with sales, operations, and marketing teams to develop and deliver targeted enablement content, driving sales productivity and revenue growth.

I have over 20 years of experience in Learning & Development, Sales Enablement, and Business Development. My career has progressed from technical support roles to leadership positions at leading companies including AWS, DATA4, Brennercom, Colt, Tech Data, Hewlett-Packard, and Dell. I currently serve as EMEA Cross-Industry Sales Enablement Leader at AWS, where I develop training programs and sales support initiatives. My expertise encompasses creating educational content, managing partnerships, implementing technological solutions, and leading strategic initiatives in international environments.

I hold a Master's degree in Human Resources and Organizational Management from Università degli Studi di Roma Sapienza (2024) and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and International Relations from Università degli Studi "G. Marconi" in Rome (2013). My educational foundation includes a Technical High School Diploma in Industrial Computing from ITIS "D. Scano" in Cagliari (2004) and an ESOL 8th level English language Diploma from Trinity College, Dublin (2003).
