Umberto Pozzi

I'm a 24-year-old boy, graduated in a master's degree in International business amd entrepreneurship in English and currently employed at Oxidal Deco Srl, where I play the role of administrative and commercial assistant. I also worked as a pizza deliverer in the evening during my university studies six days out of seven a week, an experience that made me understand how different work environments work. I am looking for a new work experience in the city of Barcelona, ​​where I would be willing to move with my girlfriend for a new life experience. I am a cheerful, organized and curious person. I am very fluent in both spoken and written English, I have native Italian proficiency, and I have a basic level of Spanish, continously increasing. During my studies and my work experience I was able to refine my economic knowledge and also on that of customer care, in which I consider myself particularly gifted, also for a matter of a personal nature.

Subsequently, having completed my university master's degree at the beginning of October 2022, I started working at the end of October 2022 as an administrative and commercial assistant at Oxidal Deco Srl, where I currently work. This job is giving me the opportunity to increase my knowledge on various aspects, from customer care to order portfolio management, from the use of the Windows package to the use of company management platforms, as well as formulating a commercial offer or respond to emails and phone calls.

I attended the Niccoló Copernico scientific high school in Pavia, which I managed to finish on time, to then move on to obtain a three-year degree in Management in Italian at the University of Pavia (2017-2020). I obtained a master's degree in International Business and Entrepreneurship in English at the University of Pavia, respecting the deadlines of the master. (2020-2022)
