Working as policy and governance expert in the National Planning and Development Support team and Policy, Economics, and Institutions team of FAO, brought me significant achievements that demonstrate my aptitude for this position. For more than 5 years at FAO and other work experiences in public, private organizations, I have led the process of creating knowledge products and responsible national and international experience in implementing development programmes, livelihoods, and resilience building. Our team has been developing guidelines focusing on co-management (governance and policy), financial projection, marketing tools for sustainable aquaculture with capacity building. I supported to produce policy brief, data analysis reports and designing operations. I conducted feasibility assessment and strategical planning for youth and women’s empowerment, multistakeholder Work Plan implementation, communications & advocacy for projects and produced new strategies and innovative projects and both quantitative and qualitative analysis, experience with optimization processes, collaborative spirit to liaise with a wide range of people at all levels and across different regions. There were series of technical consultations to deliver economic and financial analysis across regions and organized country and regional level learning events, including stakeholders at all levels. Those tasks were required time management skills with an ability to plan ahead, anticipate requirements, problems and obstacles, and an ability to juggle competing priorities successfully, and to work on tight deadlines I was served as a project coordinator among donors and involved in tracking the progress of the project cycle by producing project proposal, feasibility study, financial and annual progress reports in timely manner, monitoring and evaluation. A significant part of my work has been devoted to developing guidelines, smart biosecurity aquaculture by installing early warning system and educational tools that spans diverse regions including all level of stakeholders such as small and medium enterprise (SME) and farmers. In this position, I provided evidence-based research, update websites, procurement, Letters of Agreement (LoA), cash-based transfers and collaborate with policy makers and communities. The main goals of programmes are to derive global and national strategies based on best practices for providing sustainable food systems to beneficiaries aims of UN World Food Programme.
