    We are seeking a Client Partner to join our Italy office, representing Snapchat in the local market. Your key responsibility will be to target brands and agencies, encouraging them to leverage Snapchat for their online marketing campaigns.

    About the Role :

    • Lead cross-market efforts to promote our partner's presence
    • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and agency partners, presenting customized campaign offers
    • Deliver product training through presentations and one-on-one sessions to educate clients and agencies
    • Analyze data and collaborate with stakeholders to inform decision-making
    • Utilize existing networks to identify new business opportunities
    • Manage outreach and sales initiatives to drive new client acquisition
    • Pursue industry events and conferences to generate leads
    • Guide local teams to prioritize focus areas and advertiser types
    • Collaborate on high-priority client pitches with local teams
    • Work with cross-functional teams to optimize resource allocation for clients
    • Provide regular sales performance reports against targets
    • Encourage creative solutions to enhance customer service
    • Maintain accurate client and campaign data within CRM systems

    Requirements :

    • 8+ years of experience in advertising sales or similar client-facing roles (Media Agencies or SaaS Solutions)
    • Understanding of agency planning, buying, and measuring digital and programmatic ad campaigns
    • Strong customer focus with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    • Systematic approach combined with a proactive attitude
    • Highly analytical and data-driven with strategic and creative thinking
    • Tech curiosity with proficiency in Sheets, PowerPoint, and Keynote; Salesforce experience is a plus
    • Proficiency in English and local language (written and spoken)
    • Established network with key agencies and clients
