Who we are looking for

Purpose

The FP&A Team is part of the Global Finance Department and provide high-level guidance as well as operational support to Affiliates Finance teams concerning the main financial processes, such as Planning, Monthly Reporting and Year-End Closing.

The FP&A Team liaises mainly with the Regional Team, the staff of the Countries, all other Global Finance functions (CFO, Group consolidation, tax, treasury, IT) and the Top Management.

Main Responsibilities

Assisting the FP&A Manager in the supervision and coordination of the finance activities across the cluster:
Preparation of Monthly reports and related analysis;
Support and guidance to the Countries in the planning and control activities;
Direct planning activities and financial analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, closing;
Analysis of Countries' monthly closings and yearly statutory closing;
Preparation of specific analysis to track business performances and to support business opportunities;
Participation to finance projects at Group and Country levels.
Experience Required

At least 2-3 years of working experience in the Planning and Control department

Education

University degree in Business Administration or Economics

Languages

Fluent English

Technical Skills
Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial statements;
Solid experience in planning and controlling processes;
Business acumen.
