We at Hiab Loader Cranes, Heavy & Super Heavy are looking for a Service Sales Development Specialist.


We are looking for a person who will provide guidance, training, and support to dealers on the organization's Services products, and drive dealer sales and performance with sales targets.

As a Service Sales Development Specialist you will maintain working knowledge of Services products and programs, and ensure that dealer organizations comply with organizational policies and standards.

The position is based in Primary site: Milan. You will report to our Manager, Sales & Service, Italy.


Main tasks and responsibilities:


  • Within the service department, coordinate team mates activities to drive part, contract and other service product sales through Hiab Service dealer network
  • In accordance with Sales Manager, develop the sales strategies for parts business improvements
  • Being the first point of contact for Service Division for operations and reporting
  • Manage service coverage in geographical area through optimizing (service) dealer network
  • Identify customers (dealerships) in defined Regions and countries, identify, evaluating and recruiting new dealers
  • Develop the dealer network by managing dealer Services agreements, renewal process
  • Make regular visits to these dealers to identify sales opportunities
  • Responsible for target setting and develop performance of service dealer network
  • Manages process and prepares documents for dealer contracting and termination
  • Support of development of Dealer Performance operating standard measurement audit process and site selection for expanding dealer operations
  • Develop dealer service offering in cooperation with dealer service network
  • Coordinate with Services Active Sales Operations the activities related to dealer improvement
  • Coordinate regular meetings to review department activities, provide reports into SalesForce and other reports as required by management
  • Participate in exhibitions and conferences.

What you'll need to succeed:


  • 5yrs experience in service sales or industrial goods sales in the automotive or agricultural industry
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, economics or related field
  • Value added Sales
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with customers
  • Customer Service mindset, Motivation for Sales and Closing Skills
- (Basic) business understanding and knowledge of KPI and customer success criteria

  • Driver's licence
  • Fluency in English both written and spoken
