What you will be doing

As part of the Marketing team based in Milan, you'll report to the CRM Manager B2B and you'll partner closely with Satispay's Regional Marketing, Business Intelligence, Tech, Operations, Business Development and Sales teams supporting the execution of Satispay's crm strategy.

Namely you will:

Implement and execute the CRM strategies by liaising with internal and external stakeholders
Coordinate and execute digital and offline CRM initiatives
Analyse and report CRM campaigns and initiatives
Lead Retention Strategy: create and execute onboarding, retention and engagement campaigns that are meaningful and relevant to every merchant, according to their size and peculiarities
Support the sharing of guidelines to be executed by local markets
Collaborate with sales, marketing, product teams to constantly improve customer experience
Coordinate with internal teams (compliance, communication, digital, local markets) and external stakeholders to deliver CRM projects

What we need

4+ years of experience in CRM and digital marketing in a fastgrowing environment
Naturally energetic your enthusiasm is contagious with a flexible mindset and strong commitment
Excellent project management skills
Proactive: you grab opportunities, run with them and make things happen
Genuinely curious and willing to learn: you are driven by a strong desire to go to the bottom of processes and projects, with a detailoriented mindset
Analytical: you are able to look at data critically and insightfully
Organised and with the ability to prioritise while handling several projects simultaneously
MarketPlace experience is a plus
Fluent in English (both written and spoken). Knowledge of other languages is considered a plus

Logistic & Salary
The role is based in Milano. Business Trips may occur.
