Job Description:

We are looking for a young professional (1-3 years of working experience) to join our team.

Delta TPS Sales in Italy will work with our local sales team, regional sales managers, and customers for successful sales conversion.

This includes the sales activities, where one has to formulate sales offers as per the customer's needs


The TPS/TDC Sales Manager is responsible for selling the most appropriate solutions based on Delta's products in order to meet customers' requirements.

The sales manager is also responsible for giving quotations and the needed support for the choice of the right product to Delta customers in Italy and to interact with Delta's R&D team, Delta's factory and partner companies for the design of the solutions.


The sales manager will be working with products such as rectifiers, power systems 48Vdc, UPS, inverters, converters, batteries and other advanced energy solutions with customers in the Telecom Power Solution business.


Responsibilities:


  • Support of business activities in cooperation with business partners and end customers
  • Collect and provide field feedback to R&D/product management for design and feature improvement suggestions
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of our company product lines

Qualifications:


  • Degree in the field of electrical engineering (_laurea o diploma perito tecnico_)
  • 15 years experience in a sales position, experience with drafting an offer and preferably with selling solutions
  • Excellent clientfacing and internal communication skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Italian
  • Fluent and effective communication in English
  • Responsibility, autonomy, reliability and flexibility
  • Technical and analytical thinking, precision, organizational skills
  • Driver license levelB required (Business travel will be mainly domestic, depending on customer requirements)
  • Strong Team player who also can work independently in an international team
  • Positive spirit and attitude with implementation skill, ability to work under pressure and meet business deadlines, high level of business ethics
  • Willingness to learn and grow with the company in the long term
