• Calibration EngineerALTEN Italia, working with major companies in the AUTOMOTIVE sector, is looking for Calibration Engineers with varying levels of experience, ranging from 6 months to 3 years.

The selected candidate will be involved in the AUTOMOTIVE sector, working on various calibration projects including diesel/petrol/CNG/hybrid/electric/HVAC/ADAS/On Board Diagnostic systems.


Responsibilities include:
Calibration experimentation on engine test benches for diesel/petrol/CNG/hybrid/electric vehiclesVehicle calibrationDefining combustion processes (emissions, performance), safety, and drivabilityDiagnostic strategies / EOBD / TroubleshootingPost-processing and after-treatmentVehicle test programmingDataset analysis and calibration controlPreparing comprehensive reports and technical documentation based on tests conductedRequirements:Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related fieldsExperience in calibration of diesel/petrol/hybrid/electric engines on test benchesPrevious experience in engine testing and functional verificationAnomaly diagnosis from test benches, vehicle, or trackGood knowledge of engines, After Treatment Systems (ATS), and ETAS INCA, ETAS MDA, AVL Puma, AVL Concerto, Dianalyzer, CANdela, GT-Power toolsNice to have:Matlab and Simulink; Good command of the English languageLocation:Milan, Turin, Reggio Emilia, ModenaWhy choose
