HR Generalist:

PROFILE REQUIREMENTS

EDUCATION:

Bachelor's degree in HR administration/Economics/Business administration or a related field.

BACKGROUND:

At least 3 years of experience in payroll process and personnel administration.

RESPONSABILITIES:

Manage new employee onboarding and orientation.
Support and advice to managers and employees on personnel administration issues (holidays, illness, leave, accidents).
Management of personnelrelated administrative tasks: employee records, supervision in closing monthly attendance and payroll checks.
Support HR Manager in managing and monitoring internal training plans.
Managing administrative paperwork related to employee hiring, extension and termination.
Support HR Manager in hiring & selection process.
Organization of company OHS training courses.

QUALITIES:

Proficient user of Microsoft Office especially in Excel
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
High energy, organizational skills and capability to collaborate in team and with different functions
