For our Italian branch located in
Cassina de' Pecchi (MI) we are looking for a
Sales Assistant who is willing to work in a young, dynamic and challenging team.

Your challenge
- Data entry of incoming orders
- Checking product availability
- Assessment of product stock
- Creation of the transport document (DDT)
- Issuing invoices and credit notes
- Creation of articles/customers in the management system (SAP)
- Customer services
- Complaint management
Your Profile
- High-School diploma
- Confident with Microsoft Office package (in particular with Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Italian fluent and good English both written and spoken (able to communicate with foreign colleagues)
- Knowledge of SAP is a plus
