    DESCRIPTION OF THE ROLE

    We are looking for a JUNIOR HR SPECIALIST to support the HR Team in particular in the recruitment and selection processes, training and development projects and compensation & benefits management.

    The ideal candidate will have a passion for data analysis and a strong inclination toward HR practices.

    The intern will be actively involved in a variety of HR processes, including talent acquisition, internal communication, onboarding, and compensation analysis.

    This role will provide the opportunity to work alongside both the HR team to analyze and manage data related to employee compensation, benefits and performance, while also supporting employee engagement and employer branding initiatives.


    KEY CHALLENGES
    Support in the recruitment and selection process for junior positions
    Manage and update candidate database and track applications
    Assist with administrative tasks related to internship activations
    Assist with the onboarding process to ensure a smooth integration of new employees
    Contribute to employee engagement activities and internal communication to enhance employer brand awareness
    Support in compensation and benefits analysis through data collection, reporting and monitoring of personnel costs
    Assist in preparing HR reports related to compensation, incentives and employee benefits
    Support in managing HR data systems and ensuring data accuracy for reporting and analysis
    Collaborate in employer branding initiatives to attract and retain top talent
    Participate in HR projects and administrative tasks related to internal policies and employee programs
