This is a great opportunity to join our team in Mondovi as a
Sr. Financial Assistant.

Key responsibilities:


  • Verification of all sales invoices.
  • Management customer and supplier master data.
  • Issue of sales invoice and/or debit/credit notes/manual invoices (tooling).
  • Management of electronic invoicing.
  • Control of expense reports for Concur site employees and related registration.
  • Drafting and printing of all reporting package files (from OneStream).
  • Editing and printing of cutoff files (from system).
  • Management of customer complaints and issuing of related accounting documents.
  • Customer aging management.
  • Preparation of documentation for sales intrastate.
  • Complete management of the Sox.
  • Preparation of documentation for mandatory Bank of Italy declarations.
  • Support to the auditors as far as they are concerned.
  • Data preparation for tax compliance.

Your skills & expertise:


  • Degree in Economics and Business Management/Master's Degree in Business Administration and Control or similar.
  • Minimum 45 experience in a similar role, preferabli in the auditing field.
  • Previous experience with ERP systems such as SAP or QAD.
  • Very good English & Italian skills.
  • Good Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.
  • Good time management skills
  • Very well organized person, autonomous working style
  • Team player
