For the M&A Legal team in the Milan office, we are looking for a professional within the team who will be responsible for activities related to extraordinary corporate transactions.

Specifically, will be in charge of:

Legal due diligence activities;Drafting of contracts related to the completion of acquisition transactions (company and share package acquisitions) and assistance in the various negotiation phases;Legal assistance in extraordinary transactions and preparation of corporate documentation (mergers, demergers, contributions, corporate reorganizations, etc.);Preparation of opinions and notes on corporate and commercial matters;Doctrinal and case law research activities.

Qualifications/RequirementsProfessional experience of 3-5 years in leading national or international firms, in M&A and corporate law;Master's degree in Law with a grade higher than 105/110;Certification to practice as a lawyer;Excellent knowledge of the English language;Excellent knowledge of the Office package;Excellent interpersonal and team working skills;Flexibility and dynamism.
