YellowSquare is urgently looking for a
Receptionist for his Hostel in Florence.

The Tasks:

Dealing with bookings;
Completing Checkin and Checkout procedures;
Preparing bills and taking payments;
Patrol and secure hallways, common areas, entrances and other locations of the Hostel;
Dealing with complaints or problems;

Requirements:

Previous experience in similar role, at least 2 years experience
Teamwork: ability to collaborate within a team and other departments;
Flexibility: working time and hours; Our 8.5 h shifts run from 7:30 am to midnight;
Excellence in customer service;
Highly proficient in spoken and written English;
