Now we are looking for a RACING AUTO PROJECT MANAGER to join our Racing Department, who will be responsible for the development and production of the racing car suits and will be responsible for conveying information to the rest of the team.


Posizione:

Role responsibilities and Activities

  • Ensures the timely provision of technical products for Auto Racing Auto Team customers, supporting artworkers' approval and product development, monitoring the fulfillment of agreed directives within time deadlines;
  • Interacts with internal parties (Legal, Racing, Services, Media, President) and external parties (Teams), to collect information for product and requests fulfilment;
  • Defines technical characteristics of the product to be developed and is responsible for editing and updating product and project's documents;
  • Defines and provides product inputs for graphic designer, following the creation of the artwork and supporting all modifications requested up to internal and customer approval;
  • Shares projects' information, actively supporting production by providing inputs on logos position, materials, adjustments and product features to meet customer's product and timing requirements;
  • Follows the correct delivery of commissioned products, collecting feedbacks, implementing adjustments (if needed) and supporting the Racing Team after delivery, to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requisiti:


Qualifications and requirements:

  • High school diploma or bachelor's degree;
  • Proven experience in project management roles (at least 5 years);
  • Organizational skills, meeting deadlines, proactivity and dynamism;
  • Goal and quality orientation;
  • Team working orientation;
  • Good communicative skills;
  • Fluency in English.
