    The sought-after figure is that ofERP Business Analyst, whose task will be to interface and communicate with customer and company stakeholders to collect requests and design functional solutions, in order to guarantee the best result.

    Customer relationshipAutonomyTechnical skillsActivityPrepare the functional analysis documentation of the projectPlanning the activities for the provision of the consultancy serviceDrive parties towards process improvement and efficiency by making actionable recommendationsNecessary requirementsGood knowledge of ERP management systems, such as Odoo and/or SalesforceGood understanding of sales and/or administrative processesGood understanding of project and customer managementExcellent knowledge of MS OfficeAt least 2 years of experience as a functional or business analystGood communication and stakeholder management skillsSolutions oriented, with a keen eye for detail, problem solving and excellent communication skillsAbility to manage multiple workflows and projects simultaneouslyAdditional skillsExperience on systems such as Odoo and/or Salesforce, other ERP or CRM to indicateCourses and/or certifications on Odoo and/or Salesforce products, other ERP or CRM to be indicatedPersonalized training plansFor each figure, a career plan and a training course will be designed in line with the skills present and those to be acquired, in order to express the potential of the resources and grow professionally.

    Furthermore, the resources will be flanked and supported in the acquisition of professional certifications.
