Het doel van de Business Partner Controlling functie is een proactieve sturing om de financiële gezondheid van een departement te plannen, te monitoren en te controleren. Dit gebeurt door in te staan voor de budgetopmaak, de periodieke financiële rapportering, forecasting en ad hoc analyses.Daarnaast levert de Business Partner Controlling een proactieve bijdrage en ondersteuning om de opgestelde objectieven van een departement te bereiken. Dit gebeurt onder meer door alle relevante analyses te voorzien in het kader van het beslissingsproces algemeen en voor projecten in het bijzonder.
Verantwoordelijkheden/Activiteiten Meewerken aan de maandelijkse afsluiting, provisieproces, analyse en rapportering van de resultatenrekening, alsook de analyse van afwijkende tendensen per departementenControle van de kosten door goedkeuring van "purchase orders", "project approval request", facturen en contracten volgens DoAVoorbereiding en samenwerking met een departement voor wat betreft budget, forecast en lange termijn planning in overeenstemming met de doelstellingen en deadlines van het bedrijfOpstellen van financiële analyses, business cases en proactief financiële ondersteuning bieden bij grote bedrijfsprojectenOpvolgen en controleren van projecten gedurende de uitvoeringsfase en voor afsluiting van projectenBijkomende informatie
