    Il ruolo

    Stiamo cercando un SEO & Data Tracking Specialist da inserire nel nostro team. In questo ruolo lavorerai a stretto contatto con una figura Senior, supportandolo nella gestione operativa e strategica di progetti complessi. In particolare fornirai supporto tutto ciò che riguarda l'ottimizzazione organica (SEO/GEO), comprensione dei trend e dello scenario competitivo (per guidare le scelte dei nostri clienti) e l'implementazione tecnica del tracking, garantendo che ogni strategia sia supportata da dati precisi e azionabili. 

    Cosa farai

    Collaborerai attivamente all'esecuzione delle strategie SEO e GEO, occupandoti di analisi keyword, ottimizzazioni di contenuto, SEO on-page e supporto tecnico per migliorare il posizionamento sui motori di ricerca tradizionali e LLM. Gestirai operativamente l'implementazione di tag tramite Google Tag Manager per monitorare dati su strumenti come Google Analytics 4 e Google Ads. Sarai inoltre coinvolto nell'analisi dati a livello più ampio, incrocerai i dati provenienti da GA4 con quelli estratti da piattaforme come Semrush per mappare lo scenario competitivo e identificare opportunità di business. Infine sarai coinvolto per la creazione e manutenzione di dashboard su Looker Studio, lavorando fianco a fianco con una figura Senior per interpretare i risultati e produrre reportistica di valore per i clienti.

    Chi stiamo cercando

    Almeno 1 anno di esperienza nel settore e possiedi una solida base tecnica sia in ambito SEO che nel tracciamento dati. Sei in grado di elaborare dati complessi per trasformarli in analisi di mercato. Conosci bene il funzionamento di Google Tag Manager e ti senti a tuo agio nella configurazione di proprietà GA4. Sei una persona precisa, analitica e con una forte attitudine al problem solving, capace di seguire le linee guida di una figura Senior ma anche di proporre soluzioni proattive. La conoscenza dei principali tool del settore è per te la quotidianità.

    Nice to have

    Rappresentano un plus la conoscenza base di HTML e certificazioni aggiornate su Google Analytics e Looker Studio.

    • Capacità di problem solving;
    • Buone capacità analitiche e di relazione;
    • Livello di inglese richiesto C1.
