Aiuto Cuoco per la sede di
Firenze

Nello specifico avrà cura di:

Gestire tutte le fasi di preparazione della cucina e dei pasti
Preparazione dell'inventario per gli ordini;
Pulizia della cucina e degli strumenti utilizzati;

Requisiti desiderati:

Ottima capacità culinaria per piatti di cucina italiana ed internazionale;
Capacità nel lavorare in Team, ma anche autonomia;
Flessibilità sugli orari di lavoro;
Esperienza nel lavoro in cucine ad alta intensità;

Offriamo:

Kitchen Helper for its Hostel in
Florence.

If you are a passionate Cook with relevant experience, we would love to hear from you.

Cook tasks:

Prepare and serve hot and cold dishes;
Operate kitchen equipment;
Clean and sanitize work areas, utensils, and equipment;
Stock inventory according to storage requirements;
Dismantle and clean machinery as needed;

Desired Requirements:

Previous experience in similar role, at least 2 years experience
Teamwork: ability to collaborate within a team and to follow procedures;
Flexibility: working time and hours; our Kitchen is open from 7 am to midnight
Experience in high intensity kitchen work;
Knowledge of English and Italian;
