- Eaté, ristorante fine dining sulla spiaggia, luogo di sperimentazione, tecnica e creatività, protagonista di collaborazioni di prestigio.
- Gestione autonoma della propria partita, dalla preparazione all'impiattamento;
- Coordinamento e affiancamento dei Commis durante il servizio;
- Cura dell'organizzazione della linea e degli approvvigionamenti;
- Rispetto degli standard qualitativi, igienico-sanitari e delle procedure aziendali;
- Collaborazione costante con la brigata per garantire fluidità e qualità del servizio.
- Esperienza pregressa nel ruolo, preferibilmente in strutture 4/5 o ristoranti di livello;
- Capacità di lavorare con precisione e serenità anche sotto pressione;
- Attitudine positiva, spirito collaborativo e senso di responsabilità;
- Passione per la cucina, attenzione al dettaglio e desiderio di miglioramento continuo;
- Propensione al lavoro di squadra e alla condivisione delle competenze.
