THE ROLE

Job brief

The UX/UI Designer will be part of an established team of 3 people; the main role will be to contribute defining the visual design, interaction, and development support at production level for our software development team.

UX/UI designer duties include:

Collaborating with product management and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals and experience;
Execute all visual design stages from concept to final handoff to engineering;
Create wireframes, customer Journey maps, user flows, UI mockup and prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas;
Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback;
Coordinate with software development team;
Create Design Systems and guidelines for developers
Transform clients' expectations into clear and valuable insights;

But also

Create and design various materials for print and digital marketing collateral;
Prepare design plan, concept, and layout inclusive of copy and images;
Maintain and follow best practices for versioning control, naming convention, and organization of design files;

RESPONSIBILITIES

Thinking creatively to produce new ideas and concepts and developing interactive design;
Generate user interface requirements from business goals, project requirements, technical and time constraints;
Create process flows, conceptual diagrams, wireframes, and visual designs to effectively communicate highlevel design strategies and detailed interactions;
Determines best UX solutions based on customer feedback and business goals and helps to determine overall direction, identifying challenges and adapting as needed based on the context of the solution and customer;
Develop creative and innovative design solutions for enterprise tools and experiences that support multiple types of users in different types of roles with varying scope and objectives;
Development of all the Brand identity items (templates, icons,..) ;
Find creative ways to solve UX problems (e.g. usability, findability);
Keep abreast of competitor products and industry trends.

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Design field;
58 years of work experience;
Strong communication, conceptual thinking and design skills;
Solid skills with Figma and other standard design and prototyping tools;
You have solid analytical skills and you are used to translating complexity into simple and effective user interfaces. ;
Portfolio of completed design projects;
Determined, flexible, dynamic and precise person, able to work in teams and for objectives;
Fluency in English.
